Enderlab Backups connects its owner's backup tools to Google Drive so encrypted recovery copies can be stored off-site and retrieved when needed.
What the app does
After the owner authorizes access, the utility uses restic and rclone to upload encrypted backup files, list and check its backup repository, restore selected backups, and remove expired backup data under the owner's retention policy.
Limited Google Drive access
The app requests the drive.file permission for files and folders it creates or that the owner explicitly authorizes. It does not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendars, or unrelated Drive files.
